Administrative & Operations Assistant (Full-Time) We are looking for a reliable, organized, and quick-learning Administrative & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day office and field operations. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a quick-moving environment where priorities can shift throughout the day. You’ll help keep communication, scheduling, and logistics organized so the business runs smoothly. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate appointments and service jobs Communicate with customers via phone and email Confirm bookings and handle basic scheduling Maintain accurate job notes and CRM updates Support dispatch and daily scheduling flow Help coordinate staff and service teams Basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation) Identify scheduling conflicts and flag issues early Assist with simple logistics planning (location, timing, routing awareness) What We’re Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Able to learn quickly and follow structured processes Good communication skills (clear, calm, professional) Basic understanding of maps, geography, and travel time logic Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling tools Reliable, consistent, and punctual Key Note This is a support role. The position involves assisting Operations. Clear communication and following established processes are essential.
