Shipping & Production Associate (Hybrid Role) Iconic MetalGear – Cambridge, ON Join a growing manufacturing team building premium aluminum truck accessories. You’ll be working in a bright, clean, and organized shop alongside a team that takes pride in quality work and keeps things moving. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn, stay busy, and take pride in their work. You will move between shipping, kitting, and assembly depending on production needs. What You’ll Do Package and ship finished products with a focus on quality and presentation Build skids, box products, and prepare courier shipments Pick, organize, and kit parts for upcoming jobs Assist with light assembly of truck accessories Help maintain an organized, efficient workspace Support the team wherever needed as workloads shift What We’re Looking For Solid work ethic and reliable daily attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working on your feet in a rapid-paced environment Attention to detail and pride in quality work Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience is an asset Shipping, warehouse, or factory experience preferred Forklift experience is an asset (training available) What You Get Weekly pay $24.50/hour + overtime 10 vacation days + 10 paid stat holidays 100% company-paid health benefits after 3 months Prospect to learn multiple areas of the business and grow Schedule Day shift, Monday to Friday No weekends About the Role This role is primarily shipping, packaging, and material handling, with some assembly support.
