Summer Position Maintenance /cleaning Cambridge

Job Summary Summer Student – General Labourer We are looking for a motivated and reliable Summer Student to assist with general labour duties at a recent apartment building. Responsibilities include: Cleaning common areas and suites Moving appliances and materials Basic landscaping and outdoor maintenance Minor maintenance and repair tasks Assisting with various odd jobs as needed Requirements: Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift and move heavy items safely Reliable and punctual Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Previous labour or maintenance experience is an asset but not required This is a excellent prospect for a student looking to gain hands-on experience over the summer.
