Housekeeper (Cambridge)

We are a small, family business who provide Tender Loving Care (TLC) to our customers in the areas of housekeeping, organizing, office and AirBnB cleaning,. We are looking for hard working, detail oriented, reliable individuals who are interested in growing with us! Position Title: Service Provider Irregular, Casual, and On-call Work Starting Rate: $19.00/hr - $20.50/hr Duties Include: ● General housekeeping services (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning washrooms, kitchens, windows, vacuuming) ● Special services (organizing, bed making, dishes, laundry) Education Required: ● None Experience/ Training Required ● WHMIS ● Customer Service (preferred but not required) ● Cleaning experience Core Competencies ● Ability to work without supervision and maintain a high level of performance ● Robust communication skills ● Time Management Skills ● Detail Oriented ● Honesty ● Trustworthy ● Flexibility ● Reliability Requirements of the position: - Have a valid driver's licence and a vehicle - Travel to various homes and businesses within a 30-40 minute radius of business location - A current WHMIS certificate - Ability to work alone and as part of the team - A current Criminal Record Check - Available to work days, evenings and weekends - Ability to consistently follow directions - Ability to lift and carry (short distance) up to 15lbs - A genuine desire to serve others 150% at all times Equal opportunity employer.
