Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily operations for the afternoon production shift • Supervise and train production employees for optimal performance • Organize workflow to achieve production efficiency • Ensure compliance with HACCP and CFIA standards • Maintain accurate production records and manage inventory needs

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent; related post-secondary education is a plus • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments • 3–5 years of leadership experience in a production setting • Familiarity with HACCP and quality assurance standards • Valid G-class driver's license and forklift certification
