Hands-On Production Lead Role, Cambridge

Key Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot and coach technicians on production equipment • Coordinate technician schedules and handle overtime needs • Resolve bottlenecks in real-time during production shifts • Schedule and track preventative maintenance tasks • Support Lean, TPM, and maintain WIP visibility

Requirements:• 2-3 years of experience in a lead manufacturing role • Firm grasp of production workflows and accountability • Proficient in multitasking under changing conditions • Strong documentation discipline for PM tracking • Comfortable with hands-on equipment work
