As a distinguished multi-trade contractor in southwestern Ontario, Sutherland-Schultz is looking for a dedicated Health and Safety Coordinator to uphold safety compliance. This role requires a proactive safety professional who can navigate both fieldwork and administrative duties effectively. You will deliver training programs, ensure certifications, and prepare detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct safety evaluations through regular site visits • Implement safety measures and policy updates • Coordinate and audit safety training programs • Lead incident investigations and provide reports • Engage with Joint Health&Safety Committee meetings

Requirements:• Health&Safety diploma or equivalent• 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction • JHSC certification preferred • Knowledge of Certificate of Recognition (COR) • First Aid&CPR certification is beneficial
