Production Lab Supervisor (IPC) (Cambridge)

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. This role oversees production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a solid focus on optics, electronics assembly, continuous improvement, and customer compliance standards including IPC and/or NASA requirements. You will be reporting to Sr Material Management Manager and you’ll work onsite at Cambridge, ON. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical manufacturing knowledge, excellent people leadership skills, and experience driving operational excellence through Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
