Reporting to the Fabrication Shop Supervisor, this role emphasizes technical proficiency in GTAW, GMAW, and MCAW welding. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are consistently met. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in custom fabrication is essential, alongside a Welder’s Certificate and valid CWB tickets.

Key Responsibilities:• Fit and weld structural steel and plates • Read blueprints accurately for project specifications • Assist team members and support project goals • Complete welding tasks within strict tolerances • Maintain compliance with ethical standards and policies

Requirements:• Minimum 5-10 years in custom fabrication welding • Valid CWB tickets for GTAW, GMAW, MCAW • Experience with jig welding and overhead cranes • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Willingness to travel and adapt schedule
