Reporting to the AVP, Development&Infrastructure, you will coordinate various technology administration activities. Your contributions will involve software license management, provisioning, access changes, and invoice tracking. Support Infrastructure and Development teams by ensuring standard operational tasks align with governance and change management requirements.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide daily technical and administrative support to the Technology team • Maintain systems, applications, and security tools efficiently • Coordinate user provisioning and access updates • Assist with backups and troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed • Track and manage technology invoices for approval processes

Requirements:• Technical diploma in Information Technology or related field • 0–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent • Knowledge of IT systems and operational processes • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Interest in pursuing technical certifications is an asset
