About the Role We are currently hiring for the position of part time Host. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Greeting and welcoming all guests warmly, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus with professionalism and courtesy. - Managing seating charts and reservation systems to optimize guest flow and overall dining experience. - Relaying special requests, allergies, and guest needs between customers and the service team, while staying aware of restaurant pacing and server sections. - Supporting explicit, smooth communication between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service. - Keeping the entrance and host stand tidy and well-organized, and maintaining strong knowledge of the menu and special offerings to inform guests. - Fostering a respectful, cooperative team environment and assisting with table resets, back-server support, and other duties as needed during busy periods. You’ll be part of a passionate, dedicated team that takes pride in what we do and in where we do it. What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone who: - Has a friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills. - Has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced fine dining environment. - Has experience in guest service or hospitality preferred. - Has strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
