This role focuses on developing and overseeing forestry projects under the guidance of the Community Relations and Forestry Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing crew workflows, equipment compliance, and effective fire management activities. This position requires adept navigation of off-road terrain and supervising field operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee forestry crews and project deliveries • Ensure safety compliance and performance monitoring • Conduct tree planting and silviculture surveys • Maintain equipment and firefighting tools • Review prescribed burning blocks and assist in harvest planning

Requirements:• Degree or Diploma in Forestry or similar field • Registration or eligibility with FPBC • Experience in tree planting and firefighting • Supervisory experience in forestry preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
