As a Personal Insurance Trainee, you’ll help protect individuals’ most valuable assets by delivering outstanding client service and educating clients on habitational, travel and automobile insurance. A Day in the Life - Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs. - Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects. - Process and conduct renewals, ensuring policies are issued accurately and on time. - Achieve sales and retention goals and targets. - Maintain a high level of knowledge in all Personal Lines and Auto products through continuous education. What You Will Bring to the Team - Level1 or Level2 General Insurance License is considered an asset, but not required. - Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service. - Demonstrated ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced team environment. - Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives. - Industry designation such as CIP, CAIB, CRM, or General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma is an asset. Salary Expectations The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000, influenced by skills, experience, working location, and the business line’s scope and level.
