Key Responsibilities:• Receive metals from customers, assisting in unloading as needed • Assess and weigh various types of non-ferrous metals • Maximize mix loads of scrap by sorting and segregating • Dismantle scrap and extract high-value metals • Maintain property and equipment in good condition

Requirements:• Knowledge of safety practices in a yard setting • Professional communication skills required • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather • Forklift or skid steer experience is a plus • Background in high-volume scrap yards is advantageous
