Job Overview IMMEDIATE OPENING Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Cleaner, where you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial spaces. What you’ll do - Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. - Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness. - Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely completion of tasks. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. - Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. - Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively. - Provide exceptional customer service by responding positively to requests from staff or management. Basic qualifications - Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred. - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred qualifications - Previous custodial experience in office buildings or similar environments. - Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures. - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
