Customer Relations Representative at Major Wire (Candiac)

Enhance customer satisfaction with Major Wire Industries as a Customer Relations Representative. This key role requires fluency in French and English, focusing on problem resolution and order processing.

As a vital member of the Customer Service team, youll report to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for addressing customer needs and customizing solutions. Your role will involve quoting, order processing, and liaising with clients and territory managers while ensuring seamless communication and service.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure explicit communication with customers for high-quality service • Handle inquiries expertly, ensuring quick problem resolution • Respond via email and phone with accuracy and courtesy • Create quotes and process orders in the ERP system • Collaborate with departments to facilitate smooth service

Requirements: • Fluent in French and English; Spanish is an asset • 2+ years of customer service experience required • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Proficient with Excel, Outlook; ERP knowledge is a plus
