About the Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Engineering Co-op Student to join us for a 16‑week term. You’ll work alongside our engineers and software developers in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment—taking on a small project from concept to completion. This is a rare chance to gain hands‑on engineering experience while making a tangible impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify and deliver operational projects.

Plan, execute, and monitor project scope and timelines.

Track schedules, identify risks, and keep projects on track.

Determine the resources needed to execute your project successfully.

Communicate progress, challenges, and results effectively.

About You

Currently enrolled in an Engineering program (Mechanical preferred) at DALHOUSIE UNIVERSITY with a co‑op requirement.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to relocate to Sydney, NS for the duration of your term.

Compensation&Term Details

Wage: $19.50 per hour

Hours: 40 per week

Term Length: 16 weeks

Full‑time, permanent employment may be possible following completion of the student’s degree.
