General Labourer Corner Brook

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to support various operational tasks across our facility. . The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse distribution operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, be physically capable, adaptable, and committed to contributing to a productive work setting. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Duties Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies Perform order picking, packing, and fulfillment tasks accurately to meet customer requirements. Operate equipment such as, forklifts, cranes, and other machinery to load, unload, and move materials safely within the warehouse. Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments. Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and equipment Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and efficient workspace Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents immediately Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking, packaging, and order fulfillment. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable transportation or access to the work site is preferred Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required Previous experience working with heavy equipment operation or in a warehouse environment is highly desirable. Positive communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. This position offers an chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
