Part‑Time Front Desk Staff

We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable part‑time front desk team member to join our busy fitness facility. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, friendly, and able to work efficiently in a rapid‑paced environment. Responsibilities

Greeting members and providing excellent customer service Managing memberships, payments, and bookings using gym management software Performing general administrative and office tasks Answering phones, emails, and customer inquiries Assisting with selling membership packages and promoting servicesMaintaining a clean and professional front desk area Multitasking and handling daily operations independently Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills Hard‑working, dependable, and professional Comfortable using computers, office software, and learning gym software Ability to multitask and stay organized Sales confidence and ability to promote memberships Self‑motivated and able to work independentlyReliable transportation required Position Details
