You will play a crucial role in investigating and resolving Personal, Commercial, and Farm Property Claims. Your daily responsibilities will involve negotiating complex claims while fostering client relationships and implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:• Investigate and settle large and complex property claims • Review legal documents and develop case strategies • Collaborate with legal experts and mediators • Support team development through coaching and mentoring • Ensure exceptional client service and quality standards

Requirements:• Five years of adjusting experience with property claims • Post-secondary degree or diploma required • Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation • Provincial adjuster licenses for Atlantic provinces • Strong knowledge of property policy regulations
