Maintain the overall condition, cleanliness, and presentation of the property Handle minor repairs, touch‑ups, and general upkeep Complete move‑in and move‑out inspections with tenants Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers Respond to tenant concerns with professionalism and efficiencyMonitor building systems and flag issues early Manage parking, access fobs, and daily logs Oversee common areas and the guest suite Ensure safety standards are maintained, including during winter conditions Be available for on‑call and emergency situations when needed What You Bring

Strong people skills with a calm, professional approach Experience in customer service, maintenance, or property management The ability to work independently and stay organized without constant oversight A hands‑on mindset, comfortable fixing, adjusting, and improving Attention to detail, noticing what others walk pastPrevious superintendent or building management experience is an asset Experience working with Atlantic Canadian multi‑residential properties is an asset Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset What You Get
