About the Production Team Member Role As a Production Team Member, you’ll be a vital part of our custom manufacturing process, working with precision and efficiency to maintain our high production standards, without sacrificing quality. You’ll get hands‑on experience in various areas, such as:

CNC Machining

Bending/Brake Press Operation

Sanding

Fasteners and Hardware Installation

Chem‑film Conversion

Welding

Paint Prep&Powder Coating

Digital Printing

Silk‑screening

Assembly&Packaging
