For over 30 years, Prosol Inc. has specialized in the distribution of products and accessories for the installation & finishing of carpet, vinyl rolls, vinyl tiles, rubber tiles, linoleum, ceramic tiles, granite & marble. Do to our increasing growth, we are accepting applications for a potential up-coming full time position on our fast-paced, customer-service focused Order Desk in our warehouse in Kamloops. To be considered a candidate for this position, you must: · Be energetic and self-motivated to work independently, while being part of a winning team · Have excellent customer and computer skills · Have the proven ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment · Be a reliable, punctual team player · Be willing to contribute to an enthusiastic and positive work environment Responsibilities and Duties · Assist all customers quickly and professionally providing exemplary customer service · Key/process customer orders received via phone, email, fax or in person, providing customer follow up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded · Actively participate and engage in on-going product knowledge training sessions · Ensure accurate billing and balance the daily transactions · Ordering replenishment product as required · Various clerical tasks · Maintain merchandising and stock shelves · General housekeeping · Pick/fill orders as required · Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Requirements: · Minimum of High School education · Minimum of 1 years of order desk experience focused on customer service within a fast-paced environment · A positive, friendly and outgoing personality · Must speak fluent English Benefits This position offers a competitive wage based on experience and qualifications, and includes life insurance, medical, dental and vision care following 6 months of service.
