Job Description: We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators with expertise in operating counterbalance forklifts (electric and propane) for a full-time position in Fergus, Ontario. Available Shifts: - Morning: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM - Afternoon: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM - Night: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM Key Responsibilities: - Operate electric and propane-powered counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload materials - Transport pallets and products safely within the warehouse or production floor - Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs - Follow all safety protocols and company procedures - Support general warehouse tasks as needed Requirements: - 2–3 years of experience operating counterbalance forklifts (electric and propane required) - Valid forklift certification (electric and propane) preferred - Strong focus on safety and operational efficiency - Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
