Job Description Our client is seeking a compassionate Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a welcoming and community-focused companion animal clinic. Qualifications Needed
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
Eligible for full veterinary licensure in Ontario
Three to seven years of experience in small animal practice
Strong competence in surgery and dentistry
Commitment to compassionate, client-centred care
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive preventative and medical consultations
Perform soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures
Develop detailed diagnostic and treatment plans
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high clinical standards
Deliver clear and empathetic communication to clients
Package
No on-call duties to support consistent work‑life balance
Guaranteed base salary with production-based earning potential
