The Role: Who is the Integrator? As our Integrator, you are the bridge between strategy and execution. You will hold the entire organization accountable, manage the day-to-day operations, and ensure our sales, crew, and administrative teams are running like a well-oiled machine. You aren't afraid of the dust, noise, and unpredictability of the tree industry, but your true superpower is creating order out of chaos. You will work side-by-side with the Owner (the Visionary) to execute our business plan and scale the company. Key Responsibilities - Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across logistics, scheduling, safety compliance, and fleet/equipment management. - Team Management & Accountability: Lead, manage, and hold the office staff, sales reps, and crew leaders accountable (LMA). Ensure everyone is rowed in the same direction. - Process Optimization: Review, refine, and document our standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profit margins. - P&L; Execution: Own the budget. Monitor KPIs, track job costing, and ensure the company is meeting its financial and operational metrics. - Visionary Partnership: Filter the Owner’s ideas, prioritize the best ones, and build the tactical roadmaps to execute them. What We Are Looking For - The "GSD" Factor: You have a proven track record of Getting Stuff Done. You thrive on structure, timelines, and execution. - Industry Familiarity: Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, or home services is highly preferred. You need to understand crew dynamics, weather impacts, and equipment logistics. - Leadership Grit: You can have tough conversations with empathy, handle high-stress situations with a cool head, and command respect from both field crews and clients. - Systems Mindset: Experience with CRM/scheduling software (e.g., SingleOps, Arborgold, Jobber) and a love for data-driven decision-making. - EOS Experience (A Plus): Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or the book Traction is a massive bonus.
