Job Description: We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators with expertise in operating counterbalance forklifts (electric and propane) for a full-time position in Fergus, Ontario. Available Shifts: Morning: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Afternoon: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM Night: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM Key Responsibilities: Operate electric and propane-powered counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload materials Transport pallets and products safely within the warehouse or production floor Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Support general warehouse tasks as needed Requirements: 2–3 years of experience operating counterbalance forklifts (electric and propane required) Valid forklift certification (electric and propane) preferred Strong focus on safety and operational efficiency Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
