What you bring - Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. - Experience in a Geriatric Long Term Care home. - Demonstrated good judgment, strong leadership and mentorship skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to perform the physical tasks of the position. - Career development in long‑term care is considered an asset. - Punctual and reliable. The position consists of both twelve‑hour and eight‑hour shifts, including weekends. The starting rate of pay is $33.73 to $34.96 per hour, with terms and conditions of employment as per the Collective Agreement. Reliable transportation and a driver’s license are required.
