The GrandWay is seeking a reliable and motivated Line / Event Cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing and executing menu items for both day-to-day service and special events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high food quality standards, and works well as part of a team. RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards - Set up and stock stations for service and events - Execute high-volume service for events, banquets, and regular operations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking as needed - Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service - Adapt to changing menus and event needs QUALIFICATIONS - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting - Strong attention to detail and consistency - Team-oriented with good communication skills - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Food Handler Certification GRAS offers a competitive wage (based on experience), flexible scheduling and an chance to work a variety of events and services.
