Summary We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Shift Lead to oversee daily operations at our Fergus location. As a key team member, you will ensure smooth service delivery while embodying our values of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate team activities during shifts to ensure efficient service. - Maintain high standards of food quality and safety. - Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. - Assist in training new staff members. - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area. - Support inventory management and restocking efforts. - Uphold health and safety regulations at all times. - Qualifications - Proven leadership experience in a quick-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus. - Previous experience in hospitality or retail is preferred. - Call-To-Action Ready to lead with enthusiasm?
