This role reports directly to management and involves leading store operations effectively. You'll be responsible for supervising associates, implementing merchandising strategies, and addressing customer complaints. Important management tasks will include cash handling, training staff, and maintaining inventory during busy periods.

Requirements:• One year of retail experience minimum • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role • Strong leadership and communication skills required • Must have open availability • Ability to effectively manage tasks in a high-volume setting
