Le Lunetier Chambly is looking for an stylist advisor to join its dynamic team!
The position of stylist advisor is the first contact of the client following the eye exam with the optometrist. His/her role is to present the client with different frames according to their personal/professional needs, their morphology and their ametropia. He/she must then summarize the client's needs to the optician to facilitate the choice of ophthalmic lenses. Depending on the foot traffic, the stylist must ensure the reception of the clients (from making appointments to answering the clients’ questions by telephone or in store).
Main Tasks Welcoming the customer:
Direct the customer according to the reason for their visit
Announce the customer's arrival to the contact person
Ensure that the customer is taken care of
Frame selection:
Assess and identify the client's needs regarding the choice of frames according to the prescription
Inform the client about the different products available or current promotions so that he can make a choice according to his needs
Communicate to the optician the important points discussed with the client so that the latter can analyze the needs for ophthalmic and/or corneal lenses
Administration:
Enter or update the client's contact information in the computer system
Make appointments for optometrists and opticians
Answer the phone, screen calls
Take messages and forward them to the contact person
Provide basic information on the services offered, either by telephone or to those who come to the clinic
Make appointments for deliveries of ready orders
Ensure that customer calls are made, within the appropriate time frame, when their glasses are
ready
Make the various payments: examination, form, deposit or full payment of orders for glasses, contact lenses and various products
Close the cash register at the end of the day: record the money in the cash register for deposit purposes, pay the optometrists if applicable and fill out the sheet provided for this purpose. The employer will use it for the weekly and monthly accounting of optometrists' fees.

Help opticians with the mail
Ensure the supply of necessary stationery: Eye exam file, business card, etc.
Ensure the supply of sanitary products: toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc.
Ensure the supply of disinfection products
Ensure the cleanliness of the office on a daily basis: sweep, empty the trash, clean tables, shelves, glasses, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.
Skills Profile Required knowledge:
Proficiency in written and verbal French
Training and requirements:
Secondary school diploma (an asset)
Experience in customer service (an asset)
Autonomy
Ability to work in a team
Diplomacy
Interpersonal skills

Multitasking skills and good time management
Good knowledge of the fashion and optics field
