Key Responsibilities:• Provide day-to-day advice on banking products and services • Assist customers with transactions and digital banking education • Resolve issues and recommend improvements for customer experience • Support frontline staff with cash handling and problem resolution • Ensure compliance with TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics

Requirements:• High School diploma and 1+ years’ relevant experience • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred • Proficiency in MS Office and branch software • Effective communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
