Customer-Focused Personal Banking Associate, Chambly

In this role at TD, you’ll engage and educate customers on various banking solutions, ranging from new accounts to investment advice. You will identify customer needs and guide them to the appropriate staff for effective resolutions. Key Responsibilities:• Provide day-to-day advice on banking products and services • Assist customers with transactions and digital banking education • Resolve issues and recommend improvements for customer experience • Support frontline staff with cash handling and problem resolution • Ensure compliance with TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics

Requirements:• High School diploma and 1+ years’ relevant experience • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred • Proficiency in MS Office and branch software • Effective communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
