This leadership role requires creating Jutro-based digital applications for customer and agent interactions. You'll build reusable components using React.js and TypeScript while collaborating with UI/UX and backend teams to enhance user experiences. Mentorship and code quality assurance are key aspects of the position, ensuring a high level of performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead development of Jutro/JDP digital applications • Build reusable UI components with React.js and TypeScript • Integrate applications with Guidewire systems via APIs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth deployments • Mentor team members and conduct code reviews
Requirements:• 8+ years of frontend development experience • Proficient in Guidewire Digital / Jutro (JDP) • Strong skills in React.js, TypeScript, and REST APIs • Familiar with Agile methodologies and CI/CD • Guidewire Digital/JDP certification preferred
