Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end HRSD implementations and solutions • Act as a domain expert in ServiceNow HRSD • Translate HR requirements into technical specifications • Configure Employee Center, Case, and Knowledge Management • Mentor junior consultants and develop best practices
Requirements:• 4–6 years in consulting, 2+ years in HRSD • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist recommended • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Familiarity with HR workflows and connected systems • Problem-solving mindset for complex HR challenges
