Lead Guidewire Engineer, Remote Canada, Montérégie-Nord (Saint-Antoine-Sur-Richelieu)

Join our team as a Senior Engineer specializing in Guidewire ClaimCenter on a contract basis, working remotely in Canada. This role involves designing advanced application features and leading technical initiatives.

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer with at least five years of hands-on Guidewire experience, particularly in ClaimCenter. You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to create technical designs, managing the software development process to ensure quality delivery. Additionally, you'll conduct code reviews and coach junior members, maintaining high standards in all coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead design and development of complex application features • Collaborate on technical designs with stakeholders • Manage software development from story decomposition to delivery • Conduct peer code and design reviews for quality assurance • Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks

Requirements:• Minimum 5 years in Guidewire ClaimCenter development • Experience with Guidewire Cloud is preferred • Strong GOSU, web services, and database skills • Familiarity with Git, Jira, Confluence, TeamCity • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Software Development
