Notez que nous acceptons aussi les candidatures spontanées; appelez-nous!Joignez-vous à l’équipe!* Comprendre les pratiques et politiques de rémunération et s’assurer que les leaders les appliquent adéquatement.* Participer au processus annuel d’ajustements salariaux et de versement des bonis.* Planifier et soutenir les processus d’inscription aux avantages sociaux et informer les employés et gestionnaires sur les régimes de retraite, les avantages et les initiatives de mieux-être.* Fournir des analyses et des recommandations liées aux indicateursRH tels que le roulement de personnel, les nouvelles embauches, la diversité et les programmes d’accès à l’égalité.* Effectuer certaines tâches administratives RH, incluant le traitement des demandes d’assurance-emploi, l’entrée des nouvelles embauches, la coordination d’événements et autres tâches connexes.* Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe.* Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe (préféré).* La certification CRHA est un atout.* Bilinguisme français et anglais requis.* Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience en ressourceshumaines, incluant une expérience préalable en leadership ou en gestion, ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience.* Bonne connaissance des principes de gestion et d’affaires, incluant la planification stratégique, l’allocation des ressources, la modélisation RH, les techniques de leadership, les méthodes de production et la coordination des personnes et des ressources.* Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et fortes habiletés informatiques.* Facilitates training, and monitors required leadership training and development for completion.* Monitors effectiveness of
