Project Manager, Real Estate Development Role Chambly

Become a vital part of Groupe Strøm as a Project Manager in Real Estate Development, focused on expanding Nordic spa locations. You will engage in strategic site analysis and project planning. In this critical position, you will report to the Senior Director and support the execution of various development initiatives. Your responsibilities include coordinating due diligence processes, creating analytical tools, and overseeing budgets and schedules. Key Responsibilities: Oversee status tracking of real estate opportunities Develop decision-making dashboards and reports Conduct technical, regulatory, and territorial analyses of sites Ensure deliverables are met by coordinating external consultants Assist in planning pre-development budget adherence Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, or similar 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate or project management Experience in Canadian projects, US projects a plus Solid skills in MS Project and bilingual in English and French Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively Help shape the future of real estate at Groupe Strøm, where your skills in project management can make a significant impact.
