Position: Salesforce Developer (Ref: 18366) Location: Hartford, CT USA, 06106 Salary: DOE Duration: 1 Years 1 Months 4 Days - Contract Openings: 1 Deadline: 06/05/2026 Description: ***Remote We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who is responsible for designing, building, and configuring complex Salesforce applications that support the business processes and technical requirements.Key Duties• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing Salesforce applications; perform defect analysis, design updates, and code corrections. • Manage configurations and workflows to support evolving business needs. • Apply Agile development practices in a collaborative team environment.• Develop using Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex, and work within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. • Build and maintain Salesforce API integrations across multiple platforms. • Diagnose platform issues and coordinate effective resolutions. • Conduct system performance testing andtuning to ensure reliability and scalability.• Review and troubleshoot vendor partner work to ensure quality and alignment with standards. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and maintain a positive team environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to be fully engaged and present using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams).• Strong project and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities. • Ability to work independently, analyze issues, and drive solutions. • Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies. • Proven ability to engage in creative problemsolving, take initiative, and apply sound judgment in complex organizational environments.• Candidate must work 8:00AM-5:00PM EST Required / Desired Skills • Experience in software development. Required - 5 Years • Hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform using Visualforce, LWC, Apex, Aura, Flow, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and SOSL. Required - 2 Years • Experience with Web Services, OAuth, JavaScript, and SQL. Required - 3 Years• Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Required - 3 Years • Experience using Git based source control (e.g., Bitbucket). Required - 3 Years • Experience working within Agile software development environments. Required - 3 Years • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Required - 3 Years •Salesforce Developer certification is a plus. Required - 3 Years
