Pattern Cleaner (Georgetown)

Day Shift - Monday to Friday 6:30am -3:00pm This is to fill a vacant position. Starting Wage: $20 per hour This position is primarily responsible for all or part of cleaning all various types of soluble core patterns and the pattern inspection. Ensures that all parts are cleaned thoroughly as requested and as per company procedures. DUTIES/RESPONSABILITIES - Performs repetitive cleaning of wax soluble core patterns . - Performs inspection of all patterns and makes a responsible decision to accept, repair or scrap the part per documented instructions. - Follows established protocol for notification of potential deviations or scrap trends. - Utilizes the necessary fixturing or gauges to assure dimensional conformance of the pattern/mold. - Maintains the necessary stock of materials for the area to maximize productivity. - Must pay close attention to detail. - Sets up and maintains small appliances as required to perform specific activities. - Maintains required documentation. - Performs other duties as required. - Cross trained in a variety of areas throughout the facility - Valuable Attention to Detail - Ability to follow verbal and written activity instruction - Displays a positive, willing to work attitude, as someone who can be counted on to be at work, on time, every day. - Lift 5lb to 10lbs Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2otuq0
