Family Resort Cleaner/Stager (Cherry Valley)

Company description We are a family resort in Cherry Valley offering small cottages for rent to our wonderful guests. Each cottage is a standalone unit rented separately. Note there is no housing provided in this position, candidates must be local and have their own reliable transportation. High performing employees will be given increased wages. Job description Do you have a solid work ethic, high energy and a critical eye when it comes to cleanliness? We're looking for a few additional full time employees to handle the turnovers for our resort properties. Full time work hours are between 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, five days per week including frequent weekends as these are our busiest days. Part time work hours are available during regular business hours, and some will be flexible with early mornings or evenings depending on your situation. In a nutshell, your role would be ensuring each cottage is in perfect condition for the next guests (cleaning, minimal laundry, checking supplies, staging pillows, etc). We also require you to be open to constructive feedback. Rental cleaning is not like regular house cleaning. We are extremely nitpicky and need a team member with high attention to detail, and excellent work ethic. You're responsible for making it gorgeous and earning a glowing cleanliness review from our guests! You also will be comparing photos to reality and noting if any items appear to be missing or broken, and taking fulsome photographs after your clean to show its ready state, for which you'll need a smart phone in order to download our app. Interested?
