This role involves working on diverse projects that require proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and welding. Responsibilities - Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution - Construct and install concrete forms, perform concrete finishing, and handle restoration tasks as needed - Install siding, perform carpentry work, and execute woodworking projects with precision - Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely to support various construction activities - Use hand tools and power tools effectively for framing, cutting, assembling, and finishing tasks - Conduct welding operations to join metal components securely - Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites while maintaining a clean and organized work environment - Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to support project requirements - Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Skills - Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and concrete forming techniques - Experience with restoration projects and siding installation - Strong knowledge of carpentry, woodworking, and concrete finishing processes - Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently - Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment - Physical ability for heavy lifting and sustained physical activity throughout the workday - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors This position offers an chance for growth within the construction industry for individuals committed to craftsmanship and safety.
