The Store Manager will oversee all daily operations, including staff management, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store’s financial performance. Responsibilities also include creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers, implementing loss prevention strategies, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Qualifications - Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional experience for all patrons. - Strong Store Management skills, including managing staff, overseeing operations, and driving store performance. - Effective Communication skills to lead and collaborate with team members and engage with customers effectively. - Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard assets and reduce shrinkage. - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to handle the demands of store operations. - Previous managerial experience in a retail environment is an asset. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while meeting sales targets.
