Supplier Returns (RMA Support) - Supply Chain Summer …, Prince Edward Island

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Returns (RMA Support) Summer Student to join our team and provide administrative and coordination support within Supply Chain operations. This role offers hands‑on experience working with suppliers, internal departments, and ERP systems to support the return of non‑conforming materials and vendor‑managed return processes. Responsibilities Assist with the coordination of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) Track supplier returns Prepare documentation Other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers regarding RMA requests, return approvals, and confirmations Ability to prepare, organize, and maintain accurate return documentation within ERP systems and manual tracking tools Strong attention to detail when monitoring RMA status, required documentation, and follow‑up activities Comfortable collaborating with internal departments including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Receiving to gather information and help expedite supplier returns Basic understanding of supply chain, procurement, or inventory processes (considered an asset) Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple open RMAs simultaneously Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify and help remove roadblocks to support timely vendor return processing Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to maintain accurate records and support reporting or data cleanup activities related to supplier returns Willingness to learn ERP systems and processes; experience with JDE considered an asset but not required Positive attitude, solid initiative, and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Security Requirements Must be able to meet CGP requirements EEO Statement CPI is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all current and prospective employees, as well as to promoting a culture of inclusion and respect for everyone.
