Part-Time Subcontractor Psychotherapist (Georgetown)

Our Switzer Counselling & Psychotherapy Associates Georgetown office is seeking a Registered Psychotherapist to join our practice 2 days per week as a subcontractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants consistent referrals, administrative support, and the flexibility of independent practice. Supervision is available. About the Role - Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, teens (couples/families helpful but not necessary) - Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and ethical manner - Collaborate as needed with a supportive clinical team - Required to attend office two days per week 11 am-7 pm (days to be negotiated) What We Offer - Steady referrals - Competitive split / per-session rate (discussed during interview) - Administrative support (billing, scheduling, intake, marketing) - Flexible scheduling and autonomy - Supportive, professional practice workplace Requirements - Active license in good standing with CRPO - Ability to work as an independent contractor - Experience providing psychotherapy to adults and teens (couples is a benefit) - Professional liability insurance - Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Preferred (but not required) - Experience with specialties such as trauma, anxiety, couples, children, etc. - Ability to offer sessions between 11 am to 7 pm weekdays - Bilingual clinicians encouraged to apply How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your clinical experience and availability.
