Machinist (Georgetown)

Position : Machinist Location: Georgetown, ON Shift: Flexible Shift Pay Rate: Starting from $28/hour We are currently hiring an experienced Machinist for a manufacturing facility in Georgetown. The ideal candidate should have strong machining experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: - Operate machining equipment and production machines safely and efficiently - Read blueprints, drawings, and technical measurements accurately - Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance - Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met - Troubleshoot machining and production issues as required - Use measuring instruments and hand tools effectively - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines Requirements: - 3–5 years of Machinist experience required - Strong knowledge of machining tools and manufacturing processes - Ability to read blueprints and measurements - Good problem-solving and communication skills - Able to work independently and in a team workplace - Flexible to work different shifts Pay: From $28.00 per hour Work Location: On the road Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ptmcg
