Job Description
Under the supervision of the complex assembly, the Cabler Assembler will perform the installation and wiring of a product of medium to high complexity and new technology according to the very strict standards of our customers and perform mechanical assembly tasks.
Role and responsibilities
Participate in the manufacture of power, control, cable, harness and other panel products.
Perform quality assurance testing.
Install and connect all the electrical components of the products.
Participate in mechanical assembly tasks.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
DEP assembly of cables and circuits or equivalent diploma.
Experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
Competency in the use of various pneumatic and electric tools
Being able to lift metal pieces of 50 pounds.
Ability to meet deadlines and align productivity with the organization's performance indicators and objectives.
Adaptability, learning, and problem-solving skills.
Good manual dexterity, meticulousness, and resourcefulness.
Key Performance Indicators
Willingness to learn.
Excellent organizational skills.
Detail orientation to achieve a high degree of accuracy of technical information.
Team player (collaborative and encouraging).
