Key Responsibilities More specifically, the incumbent will be responsible for: Know and comply at all times with applicable quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts (electric, propane, or diesel). Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Repair or replace defective components (brakes, engines, hydraulic systems, etc.). Carry out safety inspections and ensure compliance with current standards Adjust, calibrate, and test quipment after repairs. Read and interpret plans, schematics, and technical manuals. Maintain records of maintenance and repairs performed. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workshop. Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan interventions.
