Strong EYFS to KS1 transition: we value EYFS approaches and expect KS1 teachers to skilfully blend play-led learning with the national curriculum to secure childrens progression and knowledge. The role We are looking for an enthusiastic EYFS class teacher who: Is passionate about teaching through play and continuous provision, and can bring high expectations to a learning environment where children explore, talk and develop deep understanding. Has secure EYFS knowledge and experience of planning sequenced learning that bridges EYFS and KS1 outcomes. Is skilled in meeting the needs of diverse learners (EAL, SEND, disadvantaged) and uses inclusive pedagogy so every child makes solid progress. Values strong partnerships with parents/carers and contributes to our nurturing, community focussed ethos.
