This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will possess solid administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, communicates well with customers and trades, and can keep projects organized from start to finish. Responsibilities - Greet visitors and clients promptly and professionally at the front desk - Answer phone calls and e-mails - Schedule appointments, deliveries, and installations - Communicate with clients, suppliers, and installers - Prepare invoices, quotes, and project documents - Track project timelines and materials - Maintain organized digital and physical files - Assist with ordering materials and coordinating deliveries - Support the owner/project manager with daily administrative tasks Requirements - Proven office or administrative experience (REQUIRED) - Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) - Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail - Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize work What We Offer - Competitive pay based on experience - Stable full-time position - Friendly team environment - Opportunity to grow within the company Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: 100 Library Lane, Chatham, ON Job Type: Full-time We look forward to hearing from you!
